AtelierFrase · Client Information

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how our wedding stationery design services work, from your first enquiry and booking through to design approval and delivery of your final files. Please read them before placing an order or requesting a service.

These Terms & Conditions apply to services offered by AtelierFrase through our website and other authorised communication channels. By placing an order or proceeding with a service, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

01 About Us

AtelierFrase is a wedding stationery design service operated by ATELIERFRASE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10380247.

We create personalised wedding invitations and coordinated stationery, including RSVP cards and thank-you cards. Our aim is to help customers develop stationery that reflects their wedding details, preferred style and personal requirements.

Our contact details are provided at the end of these terms.

02 Scope of Services

Our services may include custom invitation design, invitation and RSVP card sets, wedding thank-you cards, and coordinated wedding stationery sets. The exact scope depends on the service selected and the details agreed with you before work begins.

Unless expressly included in your order, our services do not automatically include:

  • Physical printing, envelopes, postage or delivery of printed stationery.
  • Additional designs, extra stationery items or extra revision rounds.
  • Translation, proofreading or rewriting of customer-provided wording.
  • Rush work, source files or alternative file formats not listed in the agreed service.

We will clarify any additional charges and obtain your agreement before proceeding with work outside the original scope.

03 Orders and Acceptance

When you submit an order or booking request, please provide accurate contact details and the information needed to understand your requirements. Submitting a request does not, by itself, mean that a booking or project has been accepted.

An order or consultation is confirmed only when we provide written confirmation through an authorised communication channel. We may contact you to clarify the scope, timeline, availability or other details before accepting a request.

If we cannot accept a request, we will let you know. Where payment has already been taken for a service that we cannot provide, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Please keep your order confirmation and any written agreement about the service, deliverables, revisions, price and expected timeline.

04 Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise. The price applicable to your order will be confirmed before you commit to the service.

Payment instructions and any applicable payment deadline will be provided through our authorised communication channels. The payment method may vary depending on the service and the arrangements agreed with you.

  • Please check the service description, price and included deliverables before paying.
  • Additional work or services outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • We will explain any additional charge and seek your approval before carrying out the work.
  • Where payment is required in advance, work may not begin until the required payment is received.

We will not knowingly charge you for an additional service that you have not agreed to, except where a charge is otherwise permitted by law.

05 Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing the information and materials needed to prepare your wedding stationery. This may include names, dates, venue details, RSVP instructions, wording, preferred colours, fonts and other design preferences.

Please ensure that:

  • All names, dates, addresses and other supplied details are accurate.
  • You have permission to use any photographs, artwork, logos or other materials you provide.
  • Your instructions are clear enough for us to understand the requested design.
  • You review proofs carefully and raise any corrections before approving the final design.
  • You respond to reasonable requests for clarification so that the project can progress.

Delays caused by missing information, late responses or changes to your original requirements may affect the expected completion date. We will let you know if a delay materially affects the agreed timeline.

06 Design and Revisions

Each service includes the design work and revision allowance stated in its description or confirmed in writing. A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the existing design within the agreed scope.

Requests for a substantially different concept, additional stationery items, major changes after approval or work beyond the included revision allowance may be treated as additional work. We will discuss any applicable fee with you before proceeding.

We will provide design proofs for review where included in the service. You are responsible for checking the proof and confirming that all details are correct before giving approval.

Please note: Once you approve a final design, we may proceed to prepare the agreed final files or arrange any separately agreed printing. Changes requested after approval may require additional work and may not be possible if production has already begun.

We aim to follow your stated preferences, but minor differences in how colours, fonts and layouts appear across different screens, devices or printers may occur.

07 Printing and Delivery

Unless your order expressly includes physical printing, our standard design services provide digital files rather than printed stationery. The formats and number of files supplied will be specified in the service description or written order confirmation.

Where physical printing or delivery has been separately agreed, we will confirm the applicable specifications, charges and estimated timing before the arrangement proceeds. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed as such.

Timelines may be affected by late approvals, incomplete information, supplier availability, postal or courier delays, or events outside our reasonable control. We will communicate material changes where reasonably possible.

You should check the delivered files or any printed items promptly and contact us if you identify a problem. This does not limit any statutory rights you may have if a service or product does not conform to the contract.

08 Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a booking or order, please email support@atelierfrase.uk with your name, order reference, service details and requested cancellation.

Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, the terms confirmed for your order and applicable consumer law.

Where a cancellation charge applies, it should reflect the agreed terms and any applicable legal requirements. The amount payable or refundable may depend on when you cancel, whether work has started, the work already completed and the nature of the service.

If you are a consumer purchasing online or at a distance, you may have statutory cancellation rights. Some exceptions can apply to personalised goods and to services or digital content supplied under specific conditions. We will not treat your statutory rights as waived unless the applicable legal requirements for doing so have been met.

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the detailed cancellation procedure, applicable timeframes and refund arrangements.

09 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the original design concepts, layouts and other creative materials produced by us remain subject to our applicable intellectual property rights until the relevant rights are transferred or licensed under an express agreement.

Once the agreed payment has been received, you may use the final files supplied for the personal wedding stationery purpose agreed with us. This permission does not automatically include the right to resell, redistribute, sublicense or commercially exploit the designs as templates or design products.

Any broader usage rights, editable source files or transfer of copyright must be expressly agreed in writing.

You retain responsibility for materials you provide, including ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions for us to use them in your project. You must not supply materials that infringe another person’s rights or breach applicable law.

10 Liability and Service Limitations

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong, please contact us promptly so that we can understand the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information that remain in a final design after you have had a reasonable opportunity to review and approve it, except where the issue is also attributable to our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill or where the law provides otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as significant service interruptions, supplier disruptions or postal delays. Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

If you purchase as a consumer, these terms do not remove your legal protections under applicable consumer legislation.

11 Privacy and Changes to These Terms

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information supplied during an enquiry or order may be used to respond to you, manage your project, process payment arrangements, deliver the agreed service and meet applicable legal obligations.

Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information when discussing your stationery requirements.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, business operations or legal requirements. The version applicable to an order will generally be the version presented when the order is accepted, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

Any update will not remove rights that have already accrued to you or override mandatory legal protections.
